Wedding Venue Review & Regenerate

This package is perfect for venues who have been in the wedding industry for a number of years but have identified a decline in their business growth, reduction in the number of enquiries and show-rounds or are getting them in, but failing to convert them to bookings. Maybe you have a high staff turnover rate or you just don’t know which way to turn.

Ideal if you are looking for in-depth feedback and fast results!

Stage 1 – Initial Skype/FaceTime call

To enable me to understand where you currently see yourselves in the wedding and events marketplace, your long and short term aims and to ascertain what you wish to achieve from our sessions.

Stage 2 - In-depth venue visit 

We will spend approximately 5-6 hours undertaking a detailed site visit and analysis.

During this visit, we will:

  • review your current facilities and operations;
  • review your marketing and wedding literature;
  • understand how you deal with prospects and undertake show-rounds;
  • review your procedures to deal with prospective clients up to and after booking;
  • review your marketing and pricing strategy;
  • understand your current promotional procedures;
  • identify your current recommended and partnered suppliers, and
  • discuss areas of difficulty and the challenges you face.

Stage 3 – Reporting back

I will send you my full report (within 2-3 weeks) covering all aspects of our conversation; the results of the findings from my venue visit; detailed and honest feedback and advice to help you to make your venue stand out from the competition, to turn around areas of weakness and regain your competitive advantage in the current marketplace within the wedding and events industry.
